Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you join our email list, send us a question or book a consultation, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, business type, website and message.
• Video reviews. If you send us a video review, we keep the video and any details you include with it.

How we use it

• To reply to questions and run consultations.
• To send the email marketing tips you signed up for. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To deliver services you buy from us and manage payments.
• To publish video reviews you have agreed we can use.

Services we use

We share information only with the providers that help us run the site and our business:

• Klaviyo stores email list sign-ups and sends our emails.
• Google (Sheets and Apps Script) stores questions sent through the site.
• Calendly handles consultation bookings.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and list information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Usage records are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for marketing. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to processing or to complain to your local data protection authority. If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.

Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website or buy a Cheapmailer service. By booking or paying for a service, you agree to them.

1. Services

Cheapmailer provides productized email marketing setup. Each package (Starter, Growth and Complete) includes a fixed number of automations, emails and signup forms, as described on our website at the time you book. Work outside the package is quoted separately and only starts after you approve the quote.

2. Payment

Packages are one-time fees. Payment terms, including any deposit and the final payment, are confirmed in writing before work begins. Monthly campaign management is a separate service with its own terms.

3. Revisions and approvals

Each flow includes one round of consolidated revisions. A revision is a correction or adjustment to the agreed work. A new concept, strategy or additional email is treated as new work. Once you approve an email or flow, it is considered final.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide the access, brand assets, product information and feedback we need, and to make sure you have the right to use any content you give us. Delays in access, information or approval can move the timeline.

5. Ownership

After the final payment, the emails, flows and setup we create for you are yours to use. The Klaviyo, Shopify and other platform accounts remain in your name. We may show anonymized or approved examples of the work in our portfolio.

6. Third-party platforms

Our work depends on platforms such as Klaviyo, Shopify and Meta. Their fees, features, outages and policy changes are outside our control, and you are responsible for any subscription costs.

7. No guaranteed results

We deliver the agreed scope of work. We do not guarantee revenue, conversion rates, open rates or deliverability, because these depend on your traffic, offers, audience and other factors.

8. Video review discount

The $20 video review discount applies once per business and is redeemed on the final payment of one setup. The review must be genuine and come from the business owner or a team member. By sending it, you allow Cheapmailer to use it on its website and marketing channels.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.

10. Changes and contact
